Unveiling the Talent of Jeremy Piven: An English Icon

It’s not easy to stand out when relegated to a supporting role in films and TV shows — but that’s what Jeremy Piven excelled at. From the bullying footballer in his first movie Lucas to the obnoxious writer Jerry on Mad Men, Piven was a master at giving his bit parts character and personality, even when he was being humiliated by everyone from interns to William Shatner. He’s now in the third stage of his acting career, playing the eponymous Mr Selfridge in Britain’s ITV period drama series and proving he has far more dramatic range than anyone who watched Ari Gold on Entourage would have expected.

Piven is also embracing the podcasting world, with his latest venture a talk show called How U Livin’ J Piven in which he interviews celebrities like Jamie Foxx, Tiffany Haddish and Mark Cuban as well as his former Entourage co-stars Doug Ellin and Rex Lee (though not their friend John Cusack, who has been accused of sexual assault). He’s also toured the country doing stand-up comedy, and is hosting a podcast featuring his yoga travels that he turns into an engaging and informative journey through India.

Despite his many accomplishments, Piven Jeremy Piven is a very down-to-earth man who cherishes family and friends more than anything else in life. He spends most of his free time at the beach with his 6-year-old niece, and he makes a point to visit his mom’s home in Chicago whenever he can. He’s also an avid yogi who practices regularly and a spiritual journeyer who takes trips to India with his girlfriend, actress and producer Kelly Meador.

A devoted dad, Piven has two daughters from his previous marriages and is very involved in the upbringing of his son. He’s also a dedicated animal lover, frequently taking his dogs on hikes with him and visiting the local animal shelter when he can.

He’s also a very charitable person, making sure to donate his money and time whenever possible. He’s worked with organizations like the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, The Trevor Project and The LAPD’s Community Relations Office to help people in need and is a proud supporter of LGBT rights and gender equality.

In addition to his work on screen, Piven is also a successful businessman who owns his own production company. He’s made a number of small-budget movies including My Dad’s Christmas Date, Last Call and American Night. He’s also a director and writer who’s penned a number of scripts for other actors.

In addition to directing, Piven has written a book and has been working on his own yoga travel documentary series for the Travel Channel. He’s also taken his love of music and turned it into a record label where he’s releasing some of his own recordings. He’s also starred in a number of stage plays, including the play The System. Piven is also a frequent guest on talk shows and is a highly respected public speaker.
